Virus Simulator is a Sandbox type Virus sim. spawn NPC's and Infected also Immune.

Everything can be spawned in infinity but make sure you dont break your game by overloading your PC.

Their is a planned Story Mode, the story missions would be different Levels with different Objectives unlike the Sandbox Mode.
